While a student at Morehouse College, Ralph was a congressional aide to U.S. Representative Earl Hilliard (D-AL) and served in the White House during the Clinton Administration within the Office of Cabinet Affairs under Thurgood Marshall, Jr.
Ralph is also a member of the 100 Black Men of Atlanta, the Sister Accord Foundation, sits on the Oxford College Board of Counselors at Emory University, and is a Member of the Urban Land Institute Atlanta Capital Markets Council.
Soon after that, Ralph founded HPG Real Estate Consulting, leveraging his expertise in government, to create partnerships between public and private entities to develop large-scale community-driven projects.
At Cityscape, Ralph brings the same public-private partnerships acumen to develop real estate projects that impact social change.
He manages the firm’s financial health and fiscal initiatives and has consistently exceeded our annual financial projections and operational goals.
